7 positive qualities of successful people

Brian Tracy said once that we use only 2% of our Brain capacity. Could you imagine what could happen even if we increase by 1% more which is like a 50% increase from our current capacity.

Positive Personal Management: Personal management skills include coming to work daily and on-time, meeting work deadlines, developing career plans, knowing personal strengths and weaknesses, demonstrating self-control and learning new skills.

Positive Time Management Skills: Time management is a skill that can help you to reduce stress and improve productivity. Poor time management impacts every area of your life, work, relationships, health etc. Being able to spend more quality time with people you love is good enough reason to improve this skill.

Positive Health Habits: Sleeping and waking up at the same time each day will keep your rhythmic balance in place and make you feel more energized. Do not speak ill of others and be consciously in gratitude each and every day. Exercise regularly, eat well and when possible meditate.

Positive Mental Habits: “This too shall come to pass” should be etched in your brain regardless of what may come your way. This will make you steady and not be too high on good days and too low on bad days. Aim to be on an even keel and first step in accomplishing is to talk less.

Positive Mental Food: Maintain regular times for your food intake however many times you are used to eating which will improve your metabolism. Enough protein and right fats is the name of the game – less caffeine would help too. These days’ people eat much more than they should, to be honest.

Positive Self Talk: Remember your ‘Will Power’ is not as important as your ‘Wont Power’. Try to keep away from negative thoughts because it takes 3 positive thoughts to kill 1 negative thought. Constantly repeating positive affirmations will help quite a bit too.

Positive Mental Attitude: Success is predictable, think about what you want for the long term and write it down – Constructive response to stress is calmness – All successful people are calm under great duress and stress. Mindset is 80% and mechanics are only 20% for all successful people – So work on your mind.
